حزب کمونیست عراق کارزار نظامی جاری آمریکا و اسرائیل علیه خاک ایران را محکوم میکند و آن را تشدیدی خطرناک میداند؛ آن هم در زمانی که مسیر مذاکرات میتوانست گزینههای دیپلماتیک فراهم آورد و کشورهای منطقه را از وحشت لغزش به سوی یک درگیری ویرانگر مصون نگه دارد.
این تجاوز آشکار صرفاً نقض امنیت منطقهای یا تنها نقض فاحش حقوق بینالملل نیست. در جوهر خود، این اقدام حلقهای تازه در پروژه موسوم به «خاورمیانه جدید» است؛ پروژهای که هدف آن حذف مسئله فلسطین و تحمیل سلطه نظامی، سیاسی و اقتصادی بر کشورهای منطقه، ملتهای آن و منابعشان از طریق منطق زور و قدرت نظامی است.
حزب کمونیست عراق بر این باور است که بیاعتنایی مستمر جامعه بینالمللی نسبت به جنایات ارتکابیافته علیه مردم فلسطین در سالهای گذشته، راه را برای وضعیت کنونی آشوب نظامی هموار کرده است؛ آشوبی که در حال گسترش است و همه کشورهای منطقه را به میدانهای جنگی باز تبدیل میکند—امری که بیتردید به فجایع انسانی و اقتصادی خواهد انجامید که پیامدهای آن محدود به کوتاهمدت نخواهد بود.
حزب کمونیست عراق در حالی که بار دیگر محکومیت صریح خود از این تجاوز را اعلام میکند، همبستگی اصولی خود را با مردم ایران و حق آنان برای زندگی در صلح و امنیت نیز مورد تأکید قرار میدهد؛ و از مبارزه مشروع آنان برای دستیابی به یک نظام واقعاً دموکراتیک که پاسخگوی آرمانهایشان برای آزادی، عدالت اجتماعی و زندگی شرافتمندانه باشد—بدون مداخله خارجی—حمایت میکند.
در مورد عراق در شرایط کنونی، ما تأکید میکنیم که حفاظت از حاکمیت، وحدت و امنیت مردم عراق باید در صدر اولویتها برای مقابله با طرحهای ژئوپولیتیکی قرار گیرد. دولت مسئولیت دارد که بهطور مؤثر عمل کند تا از استفاده از خاک یا حریم هوایی عراق در هرگونه عملیات نظامی جلوگیری نماید و موضعی روشن در این زمینه در مجامع منطقهای و بینالمللی اتخاذ کند.
ما همچنین بهروشنی تأکید میکنیم که تصمیم جنگ و صلح باید منحصراً در اختیار نهادهای رسمی و قانون اساسی دولت عراق باقی بماند. هیچ طرفی حق ندارد این اختیار حاکمیتی را غصب کند یا کشور را به ماجراجوییهایی با پیامدهای غیرقابل پیشبینی بکشاند.
حزب از همه نیروهای سیاسی و ملی میخواهد که در این لحظه حساس مسئولیتهای تاریخی و اخلاقی خود را بر عهده بگیرند و برای تقویت جبهه داخلی، تحکیم وحدت ملی و قرار دادن هویت ملی فراگیر بالاتر از ملاحظات تنگنظرانه جناحی تلاش کنند؛ تا امنیت کشور تضمین شده و از کشیده شدن عراق به درگیریهایی که ویرانی و مصیبت بیشتری برای عراقیها به همراه خواهد داشت جلوگیری شود.
همه نیروهای مردمی، مدنی و ملی نیز باید فعالیتهای مسالمتآمیز خود را برای تقویت وحدت ملی عراقیها در مواجهه با چالشهای ملی و منطقهای کنونی—از جمله پروژههای ننگین سلطه—ادامه دهند.
بر پایه اصول همبستگی بینالمللی و مسئولیت مشترک برای حفظ صلح و امنیت جهانی، حزب کمونیست عراق فراخوانی فوری به نیروهای دموکراتیک و مترقی در سراسر جهان—بهویژه احزاب کمونیست و چپ—صادر میکند تا تلاشها برای دستیابی به آتشبس فوری، بازگشت به مسیر دیپلماتیک و اولویت دادن به راهحلهای سیاسی را تشدید کنند؛ چرا که تنها از این طریق میتوان منطقه را از ویرانی بیشتر مصون داشت.

Iraqi Communist Party Condemns U.S.–Israeli Aggression on Iran
and Reaffirms Solidarity with the Iranian People
The Iraqi Communist Party condemns the ongoing U.S.–Israeli military campaign targeting Iranian territory and views it as a dangerous escalation, at a time when the negotiating track was capable of providing diplomatic alternatives that could spare the countries of the region the horrors of a destructive slide.
This blatant aggression is not merely a breach of regional security or simply a flagrant violation of international law. At ist core, it represents a new link in the project of the so-called “New Middle East,” which aims to eliminate the Palestinian cause and impose military, political, and economic dominance over the countries of the region, their peoples, and their resources through the logic of brute force.
The Iraqi Communist Party believes that the continued international disregard for the crimes committed against the Palestinian people over the past years has opened the door to the current state of military chaos, which is expanding to turn all countries of the region into open war zones—something that will inevitably lead to humanitarian and economic disasters whose consequences will not be limited to the near term.
While our Iraqi Communist Party renews ist clear condemnation of this aggression, it also affirms ist principled solidarity with the Iranian people and their right to live in peace and security, and in their legitimate struggle for a genuine democratic system that meets their aspirations for freedom, social justice, and a dignified life, free from external interference.
Regarding Iraq under the current circumstances, we stress that protecting Iraq’s sovereignty, unity, and the security of ist people must be a top priority in confronting the geopolitical schemes. The government bears the responsibility to act effectively to prevent the use of Iraqi land or airspace in any military operations and to adopt a clear position on this matter in regional and international forums.
We also emphasize clearly that the decision of war and peace must remain exclusively in the hands of the official constitutional institutions of the Iraqi state. No party has the right to usurp this sovereign authority or drag the country into adventures with unpredictable consequences.
The Party calls on all political and national forces to assume their historical and moral responsibilities in this sensitive moment and to work to strengthen the internal front, reinforce national unity, and place the inclusive national identity above narrow factional considerations, in order to ensure the country’s security and prevent it from being drawn into conflicts that would bring Iraqis further ruin and devastation.
All popular, civil, and national forces must also continue their peaceful activities to strengthen the national unity of Iraqis in facing the current national and regional challenges, including the infamous projects of domination.
Based on the principles of internationalist solidarity and shared responsibility for preserving international peace and security, the Iraqi Communist Party issues an urgent appeal to democratic and progressive forces around the world — foremost among them Communist and Left parties — to intensify efforts aimed at an immediate ceasefire, a return to the diplomatic path, and prioritizing political solutions as the only way to spare the region further destruction.
