Political-Executive Board of the Left Party of Iran (People’s Fadaian)
Mahsa Amini, who was arrested and beaten by the regime's Guidance Patrol agents on September 13 for not observing mandatory hijab, died after 3 days due to cerebral hemorrhage. Mahsa Amini's death is another disgraceful crime in the history of killing and murdering the children of the people of our country, and it has faced a wide reaction among civil society activists and the people of Iran. Tehran Police announced that "a lady was directed to one of the Greater Tehran Police Departments for guidance and training, when she suddenly suffered a heart problem in the company of other guided people." In our country, there is nothing in its right place. The police, whose duty is to protect the safety and lives of people all over the world, is a disaster for the people’s lives in the Islamic Republic.
The regime of the Islamic Republic, which is unable to respond to the minimum needs of the society, has found a solution in increasing the pressure on the people, especially the women of the country, under the pretext of observing the hijab. But the protest gathering of people in front of Kasra Hospital and the protests in the media and social networks show the anger and hatred of large groups of the society for this crime of the Islamic regime. This is not the first time that the regime commits such a crime. We must raise our voice against the crimes of the regime, the killing of women and the mandatory hijab.
The Left Party of Iran (People’s Fadaian), while expressing its sympathy with the family of Mahsa Amini and expressing disgust for the crime of the Guidance Patrol of the regime, declares that the main responsible for such crimes is the corrupt regime of the Islamic Republic, headed by Khamenei. In the fight against pressure and oppression, our party stands with the people, especially the broad-minded women of our country, and asks for abolition of the Guidance Patrol and mandatory hijab.
